The center features 40,000 sqm of cleanroom space, equipped with 450 automotive‑grade handlers and probers , plus the same number of high‑end testers. It includes Awinic’s proprietary Honghu RF AT5000 and Zhuque AT6000 test platforms, with robotic automation for fully unattended operation by 2027. The facility also offers reliability, EMC, and failure‑analysis labs.

Certified with CNAS, IATF16949, and ISO26262 ASIL D , the center provides full‑suite testing – from wafer to finished product – for automotive, industrial, AI, and communication chips. It aims to cut local certification cycles by over 40% and costs by more than 30% compared to overseas models.

ICgoodFind: Lingang’s new mega test center slashes automotive chip validation time and cost – a major boost for domestic EV and AI chip development.
